Drilling & Workover

We have experience of providing support Drilling and Workover personnel for all positions, ranging from floor man to Site Manager for technical persons.  For non technical persons, we have a number of people who are masters of the support system of drilling and workover jobs.  All personnel who work for this activity has a special classification and must go through a large amount of experience and certification.

Production Operation

Manpower for  production operations are the ones who handle the equipment and processing of oil and gas installations.  Classification required under generally are those who master the things which are as follows:

• The process fluid flow and gas from the reservoir to the treatment plant.

• Oil separation process.

• The process of compression and gas utilization.

• Equipment oil storage.

• Prevention chemicals.

• The operation of the means of production operations.

Well Construction

For a construction activities both existing and new installations, We have the best candidate in the field. The  job is included  from the landfill of new wellpad, until the piping installation of wells to the plant. Construction workers needed from the civil, mechanical,  piping, electrical and instrumentation. Also included therein supervision and field engineering team to translate Detail Engineering Design into a complete installation.

Facilities Maintenance

Facilities here means facilities that are directly related to oil and gas processing facilities and supporting facilities.  Every oil and gas processing facilities require intensive care to ensure that there is no down time and facilities operations can be used until their’s design age.  Supporting facilities can include major building operations, maintenance and employee utility facilities. Inconis have competent personnel who capable of performing maintenance of these facilities by means of modern and effective and efficient ways.

Office & Adviser

Office support personnel is an integral part of the completeness of an operational office. O ffice support can be a force that helps the process of Supply Chain Management, Data Processing, clerk, etc.  Adviser persons rneed for the type of activity that requires input from experts who are experienced in their field. Such expert in the field of HSE, SCM Expert, etc.

Drilling & Completion

Scope of Services including consultant and supervision in Drilling & Completion including:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of Drilling Operation safely, reliably and efficiently including moving and rig up/rig down.

• Ensure that written Drilling program is properly implemented.

• Become fully familiar with written drilling/completion program. Review geological data. Ask for data if necessary. Understand any potential hazards.

• Inform and consult with Drilling/Completion Engineers and Management if any aspect of written program cannot or should not be implemented.

• Ensure that any changes to the written program are properly authorized.

• Ensure that any properly authorized changes to written program implemented.

• Attend daily morning conference call as well as crew change meeting at drilling office if the operations permit.

• Monitor and coordinate all aspects of normal drilling operations for assigned rig.
  

Wellwork/Well Services

• Scope of Services consultant and supervise at Wellwork/wellservice included:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of Wellwork Operation safely, reliably and efficiently including moving and rig up/rig down. Ensure that all written Workover program is properly implemented.

• Ask for additional data if necessary, understand and anticipate any potential hazards.

• Inform and consult with engineer, Team Leader or Wellwork Engineering if any aspect of written program cannot or should not be implemented.

• Ensure tha General Work Permit, MIGAS safety checklist, FSWP, CWSI, DROPS and all required SOP and JSA are available before job execution

• Pro-active to prevent accident and conduct assessment on unsafe act and unsafe condition at rig site including at risk reporting

• Ensure that all HES programs are properly implemented.

• Provide written daily report and complete well report, include but not limited to wellsite management, work progress, well problem, cost, material inventory, resource loading, HES, accident report, recommendation for improvement. The reports to be submitted to Team Leader.

• Follow Wellwork PDCE (Plan, Do, Check, Evaluation) system.

• Follow CWSA Findings

• Implement Stop Working Authority (SWA)

• Involve in (RCA) Root cause analysis as required.

HSE Supervisor

HSE supervision is representative of the company that has the primary duty to ensure that all safety and health programs that have been made and agreed executed well. The HSE program if implemented properly, can at least prevent damage or danger to people or equipment used in field operations.

Wellsite Geologist
Wellsite Geologist is a person whose job is to ensure that the work is going well, the well coring, logging and cementing or to counter the pay-zone and interval of interest. In addition wellsite geology is expected to perform an interpretation of the data obtained during the drilling progresses, so that drilling is progressing well.

Earth Science

The Main duty of Earth Science :

• Carry out the geological planning of development wells, supervise and coordinate all aspects of geological well site operations.

• QC and evaluate geological data acquired during drilling/logging i.e. mud logging, MWD-LWD, wire line logging.

• Review opportunity of new well locations and target objectives to maximize production and reserves.

• Provide the breitling replica geological input for drilling and workover programs.

• Forecast and evaluate geological hazards in drilling new wells.

Formalities

Scope of Service of Formalities activities that we had been done covers:

• provision of all issues and permits related to Clients national personnel prior to departing to overseas destinations and provision of all issues and permits related to Client expatriate personnel for staying in Indonesia.

• Extend of work will include the service to manage issues and reports related to formalities and general affairs in relation with government to about legality of expatriate personnel, transfers of deceased, internal and external coordination with other departments and bodies related to provision of visa, passports for Client national personnel to expedite the formalities matters.
  
  

Lifting Specialist

Lifting Specialist is an individual who, by way of training and/or experience, is knowledgeable of applicable standards, is capable of identifying workplace hazard relating to the specific operation ie;

• Knowledge and practical experience of various limiting devices and safety features

• Knowledge off all practical aspects of lifting engineering including such items as onshore and offshore load charts, effect of ground bearing capacity, barge capacity, etc

• Knowledge and proven experience of international standards relating to lifting and rigging practices.

Loading Master Specialist

Scope of Work included:

• To assist and advice to Logistics Department in modern Logistics practices related to both on and offshore lifting operations.

• Ensure that all lifts for all destinations are lifted correctly using certified and clearly colour coded lifting gear.

• To conduct risk assessments prior to lifting critical lifts and procedure the lifting plans accordingly.

• To implement all lifting regulations and procedures such as: NSL, LOLER and PUWER, and introduce good practices as recommended by the UKOOA.

• Introduce and familiarize all departments with the cargo Zero Tolerance Police and Cargo Rejection Note. This to include standardizing all Logistics documentation and methods to optimize the transport operations.

• Responsible for the safe loading and securing of materials on board vessels and road transport vehicles. Introduce cargo plans and identify stability problem with all forms of transport modes.

• Ensure that load and lashing survey/s are carried out professionally and that certification required by MIGAS and DEPNAKER is issued prior to the vessels departure.

Method & Procedure

Scope of Service included:

• Ensure the implementation of safety rules, procedure and regulation during construction/installation period apply as per Client requirement.

• Coordinate all safety matters and work permit procedure with operations on any construction/installation activity at existing area.

• Identify all high risks constructions/installations activity especially for any interface with live/existing plant/facilities.

• Ensure the implementation of health, safety and environment procedure.

Fire Assessment & Training

Scope of Services:

• Assess the existing conditions of Company fire teams and provide the recommended future fire organization structure and resources in regard to CT and NFPA standards.    Review the staffing level, roles & responsibilities, and resources;

• Evaluate Company fire risks / fire suppression requirements and assess whether or not fire response equipment and personnel are properly deployed within Company’s area of operations commensurate with the risk / suppression requirements;

• Review manning levels within the various Fire Teams and assess whether or not it is adequate given Company’s risks, suppression capability needs, fire equipment deployment strategies, etc.

• Review overall Fire Team organizational structure, duties, responsibilities, reporting relations, etc. and assess whether the current Fire Team job descriptions are appropriate for Company’s organizations.

• Identify standard required skills, knowledge, work-related experience, and/or training (short-term and long-term) for fire team personnel;

Identify Fire Team training requirements and develop training / drill schedule. Identify available training resources from outside Company.

• Identify a Fire Brigade training requirements and develop training/ drill schedule.

• Assist / mentor new Fire Team Leader to help him more fully understand his positions responsibilities, duties, and priorities.

Manual & Automatic Well Test

Well testing, either manual or automatic aiming to obtain accurate figures on the amount of flow rate (flow) of oil and gas.  Technology is now using multiphase flow meter, although for proofing still using the separator.

Online Well Monitoring

What is meant by activities Well Monitoring here means the process of obtaining information about the condition of the oil wells / gas during operation.

Manual monitoring well is usually done periodically. Dynamometer test is one type of manual well monitoring.

Online well for monitoring, test data obtained in real time for analysis and do instantaneous changes that could improve the productivity of production wells.
